I spent nearly ten years working on product and design at Adwerx. The company grew quickly and consistently provided opportunities to grow and learn. At the beginning I was the only designer at the company. Eventually, I spent many years in product management roles, an experience that influences my design process today.
Visual examples are proprietary to Adwerx.

I led the efforts on UX research, competitive analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration to design a suite of products for enterprise customers. This multi-year initiative included working closely with partners and development teams to bring the B2B solution to market.
The goal of automated advertising is to create and run digital ads at scale. Data is transformed from raw text, images, and colors into a finished form that equals the quality of custom-made designs.
But that’s not all—this design process needed to be repeated for dozens of different brands, each resulting in a set of templates that matched their own unique style.
Designing for B2C products often requires being a jack of all trades with requirements ranging from improving conversion rates at the point of purchase to catching a users's attention to increase volume at the very top of the funnel.
Working on consumer-focused products provided an opportunity to work closely with data science teams and dig deep into the immediately measurable effects of design. Ultimately, B2C work was a gateway for me into product management and is something I still enjoy working on today.
